The role owns the technical workstream from bidder clarifications to tender evaluation, contract negotiation and award, ensuring robust technical outcomes.

The successful candidate will have significant utility-scale BESS experience, lead the Employer's Requirements and technical specs, and coordinate cross-functional input to drive successful
