Overview

In this role you will transform operational data into actionable insights to improve performance across easyJet’s Operations. You will collaborate with the Operations Insights & Improvements team to develop dashboards, reports and training that empower non-technical stakeholders. You will monitor KPIs, support data fluency, and manage multiple projects while communicating findings clearly. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced travel business with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse complex datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions
  • Develop reports, visualisations, and presentations to communicate insights
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics with senior team
  • Support and grow the BI Analyst community and promote best practices
  • Design and deliver technical training for analytical tools and ways of working
  • Ensure data tools and reports are well-documented and accessible
  • Manage multiple projects independently delivering accurate results
Key requirements
  • Degree or post-graduate qualification in a numerical/analytical subject, or equivalent business experience
  • Proven experience in a numerical, analytical, and problem-solving role
  • Experience with or willingness to learn SQL or Python
  • Familiarity with BI/data visualisation tools (Tableau, Thoughtspot, PowerBI)
  • Practical database skills focused on data extraction and transformation
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, motivated, and adaptable to change
