Overview
In this role you help translate large volumes of product and site data into actionable insights that inform product, commercial and engineering decisions. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists and engineers to deliver dashboards and analyses that explain revenue changes and guide experiments. The role combines web analytics, MVT testing, and predictive insights to identify profitable opportunities and anticipate trends. You join a growing, expert team and contribute to a data-driven culture in fashion ecommerce.

- Assist colleagues with data queries using Looker and help interpret results
- Mine and present Web Analytics data to explain revenue changes on the site
- Track issues and advise product and marketing teams on changes to campaigns or products to pre-empt problems
- Run A/B and Multivariate tests to assess product performance
- Help identify profitable and less profitable areas of the website
- Analyze patterns behind fashion sales, with potential predictive modelling
- Estimate likely returns from strategic changes
- Autonomy and initiative to solve problems when data indicates downturns
- Ideally a highly numerate degree, not strictly required with strong commercial experience
- Advanced level of Excel and SQL; Python/R familiarity is a bonus but not required
- Experience with BI tools like GA Premium, Looker, or Tableau
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineers, product, and marketing teams
