BI Analyst: Data Insights for Debt Services (Hybrid)

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) in Bedford is seeking a BI Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for the Debt Team and the wider organisation. You will bridge data, analytics and decision-makers to influence service effectiveness and debt advice strategies.

You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager, deliver dashboards, data models and analyses, and support evidence-based decision making across the organisation.
