In this role you will own and optimize the Power BI ecosystem, serving as the central authority for productionised reporting. You’ll bridge domain analysts and data engineering to elevate insights into enterprise-grade dashboards. You will build scalable models, govern metrics, and ensure high performance and security across reports. This is a cross-functional role that drives consistency and impact across Finance, Financial Crime, and Marketing analytics. - Own the Gold Layer: build and optimize high-performance Power BI semantic models and star-schema architectures
- Productionize Reports: refine and promote domain reports into central production
- Drive Metric Governance: establish and enforce a company-wide KPI glossary
- Maximize Performance & Security: optimize DAX, set up deployment pipelines, configure row-level security (RLS)
- Hands-on experience productionising Power BI reports and managing live estates
- Deep expertise in DAX, dimensional modelling (star schema), and layered data architectures
- SQL experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory
