Granite Homes is seeking a motivated, analytical Data Modeling & Reporting Co-op Student to join our team. You will work closely with the CFO, Finance, and Operations to modernize data usage and support decision-making.

You will transition Excel reports into a BI environment, build dashboards, and turn financial and operational data into actionable insights in a real estate development setting. This role offers hands-on BI experience and cross-functional collaboration.
