BI Developer

In this role you translate business needs into actionable BI solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across EOS. You design and maintain dashboards and data models with SQL, Tableau, and Python, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll build end-to-end analytics, from data extraction to insight delivery, driving reliable, scalable outcomes. A key hook is shaping decisions through clear, impactful visualizations and robust data pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize insights
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions
• Design and implement ETL processes from multiple data sources
• Perform data analysis and develop data models to support reporting
• Write Python scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
• Optimise BI solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Stay current with BI trends, tools, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong SQL experience with complex query optimization
• Proven BI Developer or Data Analyst experience
• Strong Tableau proficiency for visualization and reports
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and scripting
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
