BI Developer

In this role you will design and build Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards to empower better business decisions. You will translate stakeholder requirements into robust data models and BI solutions that deliver clear insights. You’ll work across data sources and SAP systems, applying best-practice modelling and reporting to scale analytics capability. You’ll join a collaborative, high-impact team focused on meaningful public-service outcomes and data-driven improvement.

• Develop and maintain Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, reports, and data models
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine analytics requirements
• Design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions from requirements to deployment and support
• Analyze and integrate data from SAP and other enterprise systems
• Develop and optimize data transformation and data integration processes
• Apply data modelling, reporting, and visualization best practices
• Use Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and data quality when needed
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline
• Proven experience developing BI solutions with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Strong data modelling, reporting, and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP data and understanding of SAP business processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python
