BI Developer

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of BI and reporting solutions that support retail operations and transformation initiatives. You will partner with business users to translate needs into clear designs, build and maintain analytics, and drive adoption with testing, training, and tracking impact. You’ll collaborate with Change and Finance teams to understand usage and outcomes, shaping data-driven decision-making across the organisation. • Identify opportunities to automate processes via BI and reporting enhancements
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scoped BI designs
• Design, build and maintain BI/reporting solutions supporting food operations and transformation projects
• Coordinate testing, training and launch for smooth adoption
• Track usage and effectiveness of reporting with Change and Finance teams

• End-to-end BI/reporting delivery experience
