Client is seeking an experienced Bilingual API Support Analyst (English & French) to join our team and provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications & APIs

Required Skills

• L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, API troubleshooting, authentication, request/response analysis, and vendor integrations .
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues by analyzing requests, responses, logs, errors, and authentication failures .
• Support REST and SOAP APIs , including JSON and XML-based integrations.
• Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Work closely with external vendors and third-party service providers to troubleshoot integration issues and manage incidents.
• Analyze API authentication and security issues involving OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS , and other API security mechanisms.
• Use API testing and management tools to validate endpoints, troubleshoot failures, and support integrations.
