API Support Analyst – L2/L3, REST/SOAP, API Integrations & Bilingual French

Location: Toronto; Hybrid 2 days a week

Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst with experience in L2/L3 production support and external vendor API integrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting API-based applications, troubleshooting integration issues, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.

Top 3 Required Skills

• L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), API troubleshooting, authentication, request/response analysis, and vendor integrations.
• Bilingual communication skills (English & French).

Top 3 Preferred Skills

• Experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Apigee, MuleSoft, or API Gateway platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience.

Experience

• 5+ years of application support experience, including API and integration support.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security concepts.
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations.
