Bilingual Billing Analyst(18 Month Contract)

Our client, a large professional services firm, located in downtown Montreal (4 days in office) is currently hiring for a Bilingual Billing Analyst to join their growing team on an 18 month contract which includes benefits, vacation, overtime, and bonuses. This role is excellent for a billing professional who is looking for a highly professional and collaborative team that values hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle in liaison with Partners and their clients
• Prepare monthly billing reports and statements including WIP reports
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for billing-related matters

Qualifications

• At least two years of billing experience
• Bilingual; English & French
• Professional business acumen and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience working in a Professional Services firm (Legal, Engineering, Accounting, etc.)
