Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Analyst

Support commercial mortgage funding in Toronto as a bilingual Fulfillment Analyst, using document review and loan administration skills daily.

First National seeks a full-time Bilingual Fulfillment Analyst for Commercial Mortgages. You will process transactions, coordinate closing activities, and support funding workflows. The work involves Optimus, construction advances, conditions precedent, and collaboration with internal teams, counsel, lenders, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up paperless files and organize transaction documentation
• Review Commitment Letters and CMHC insurance certificates
• Prepare third-party instructions reflecting approved loan structures
• Onboard commercial mortgage files into Optimus
• Process construction advances after conditions are met

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, economics, commerce, law, or accounting
• At least two years of relevant finance or business experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, organized approach to identifying and mitigating risk
• French and English bilingualism required
