InnoServ is seeking a Field Service Coordinator & Technical Support Specialist to act as the operational hub for field service operations. You will plan, schedule, and dispatch work using FSM software to minimize customer downtime.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Service Managers, tracking SLAs, and guiding field repairs with hands-on knowledge of beverage and chemical equipment. Bilingual French/English required.
