Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchases, systematic withdrawals, and the full transaction process
• Process mutual and segregated fund transactions within service standards
• Analyze reports and reconciliations to apply control measures
• Handle adjustments, correspondence, complex files, and client complaints
• Communicate with advisors, clients, and business units

Requirements:

• College diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Strong organization, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage stress in high-volume environments
• Fully bilingual English and French communication skills
