Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. seeks a Debt Recovery Account Manager for permanent, full-time employment. You will reconcile accounts under 60 days delinquent as first party collections. The work involves customer communication, account documentation, payment arrangements, and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through email and phone calls
• Send and receive documents to update accounts
• Find solutions and arrange customer payments
• Meet weekly call and collection targets
• Complete skip tracing tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual French and English communication ability
• High-level communication skills
• Ability to multitask across account activities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and softphone applications
• Knowledge of different customer relationship management systems
