Our retail client seeks a Bilingual Payroll Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager of Payroll. You will work with a team of three while managing biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. The position requires French and English proficiency, multi-site payroll experience, and Workday capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full cycle payroll for more than 1,000 employees
• Manage biweekly payroll across multiple Canadian provinces
• Support hourly and salaried employee payroll processing
• Communicate payroll matters with French and English employees
• Navigate Workday for reports and HRIS updates

Requirements:

• Full cycle payroll experience across multi-site locations
• Experience supporting payroll for 1,000-plus employees
• Professional written and verbal French and English proficiency
• Workday payroll experience considered an asset
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification considered an asset
