Bilingual IT Support Specialist (Spanish)

Terra Dygital Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Support Specialist to deliver high-quality client support in English and Spanish. You will troubleshoot issues across Microsoft applications and operating systems, assist onboarding, and help maintain service levels within a busy MSP environment.

You will collaborate with team leads and the Managed Services Director to resolve incidents, document solutions, and guide junior staff. A strong customer service mindset and adaptability are required.
