Bilingual Onboarding Manager – Travel Tech

Flight Centre Travel Group Canada is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager for the Ottawa area. You will guide new and existing Corporate Traveller clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless implementation and driving early adoption of Melon and related solutions.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding projects, delivering customised training, and partnering with Sales and operations to ensure long-term customer success from day one.
