Role Overview
As a QE with CC Tools & Contact Center Platforms, you will serve as a vital technical leader responsible for testing, automation, and support of contact center platforms. You’ll leverage your skills in automation testing, telephony tools, and Java to ensure high-quality deployments and system performance. Your insights will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, Agile environment and loves solving complex technical challenges.
Required Skills
- French + English bilingual – MUST HAVE
- Strong QE experience with Contact Center platforms
- IVR/Routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar
- UI/API automation: Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc.
- Agent Desktop automation/testing
- Strong Core Java
- Experience leading maintenance releases, enhancements & production support
- Git/Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ/Eclipse
- Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile environments
- AWS Amazon Connect – strong plus
