Bilingual Tech Support Specialist - Remote & Field

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a bilingual technical support specialist to assist our English and French speaking dealer and service center network across Canada. You will handle phone and email inquiries, provide product and process information, and perform on-site service as required from Mississauga.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in a manufacturing/industrial customer-service role, strong technical aptitude, and experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
