Bilingual Wealth Operations Specialist

Lead wealth operations at Sun Life through process development, operational excellence, and partner servicing in a hybrid work environment. Support advisors and clients through efficient dealer operations.

As a Bilingual SLCSI Operations Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise on enterprise wealth management initiatives. You will develop dealer processes, maintain partner relationships, and support projects enhancing the dealer platform. The work includes transaction processing, reconciliation, fees, account management, and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dealer processes and implement operational workflows
• Lead operational excellence across the wealth business
• Build relationships with internal and external partners
• Support dealer platform establishment and enhancement projects
• Lead transaction processing, reconciliation, fees, and account management

Requirements:

• Over five years of wealth operations experience
• University degree; continuing education preferred
• Strategic vision, leadership, and relationship management experience
• Strong judgment, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• French and English bilingualism required in Quebec locations
