Bilingual Wealth Operations Specialist

Lead wealth operations at Sun Life through process development, partner servicing, and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment. Bilingualism is required in Quebec.

As a Bilingual SLCSI Operations Specialist, you will support Retail Wealth Enablement and the launch of a new Investment Dealer. Your work will span wealth management initiatives, dealer workflows, stakeholder relationships, and operational processing. The position requires strategic vision, relationship management, and strong communication across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert on wealth operations initiatives
• Develop dealer processes and implement service workflows
• Lead operational excellence across the wealth business
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Process transactions, reconciliations, fees, and account management

Requirements:

• More than five years of wealth operations experience
• University degree required; continuing education preferred
• Strong strategic vision and relationship management experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• French and English required in Quebec, oral and written
