Billing Coordinator

Adecco is hiring a full-time Billing Coordinator for an Industrial gas supplier company to support contract management and data operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring contract accuracy, system alignment, and seamless execution across CRM and ERP platforms.

• Pay Rate: $25.00 /hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Between 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Job Type: 12months contract

Main Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and amendments to extract and update key terms in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Manage contract documentation, including scanning and uploading records into D365
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in JD Edwards (JDE), including pricing, billing, and contract details
• Partner with Sales teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile data across D365 and JDE to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Support reporting, prioritize critical tasks, and maintain up-to-date records
• Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in contract management, ideally within chemical or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of long-term contracts, renewals, and amendments
• Hands-on experience with D365, JDE, or similar CRM/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with contract management systems and data reconciliation is an asset
