Billing Specialist (Dynamics 365 & Excel)

AFD Petroleum Ltd. in Edmonton is seeking a Billing Administrator to ensure accurate, on-time invoices for deliveries, services, and shipments. You will compile billing data, calculate fees, and prepare consolidated and contract-specific invoices in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will also process inventory receipts, transfers, and reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Corporate Controller, branches, Dispatch, and AR/AP teams to meet month-end deadlines.
