What you'll create and do:

• Initiate and create client records: Accurately set up and maintain comprehensive recordsfor all clients.
• Assemble client-provided information: Organize and manage the information providedby clients, ensuring it is readily accessible for internal use.
• Reach out to practice staff as required: Collaborate with practice staff to gather necessaryinformation or resolve any issues related to client records.
• Help with invoicing and WIP clearance: Support the invoicing process and ensure that allWIP is cleared in a timely manner.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standardsor quality of work
• Flexible in terms of work schedule as services all Canadian time zones and overtime isrequired
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Additional information

• Pleasenotethis is a3-6 monthfull-time contract opportunity, starting from Jan 2027(with the possibility of extension).
• Team members work on a hybrid schedule, in office2-3days per week- (mandatory training in the office)
• The Billing Specialist team services all Canadian time zones, therefore extended businesshours and overtime will be required during peak periods
• Hourly rate range for this position is CAD $21-$22.50
