Bloomberg Technical Support Specialist - French, Spanish or Portuguese Speaking

In this role you deliver premium technical support to Bloomberg clients, resolving complex issues across software, network and hardware. You will collaborate with market data, tech teams and telecom partners to ensure robust connectivity and a smooth client experience. You troubleshoot in fast-paced environments, manage client environments and contribute to global financial market insights. This position offers an opportunity to shape service quality and deepen technical expertise within a leading information platform.

• Provide technical support to new and existing Bloomberg clients to ensure platinum service
• Coordinate with partners, market data and telecom vendors to deliver reliable connectivity
• Manage Bloomberg's private IP network and infrastructure, including connectivity
• Integrate Bloomberg products into client environments and debug application issues
• Troubleshoot hardware in virtualized environments (VMware, Citrix)
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management with telco vendors globally to report service impacts
• Multitask across calls, tickets and team initiatives in a fast-paced setting
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain high service quality and resolve client problems

• Proven excellence in customer service
• Knowledge of router commands and network protocols (SFTP, TCP, UDP, BGP, RIP)
• Fluent in French, Spanish or Portuguese
• Experience coordinating with internal/external partners
• Passion for technology and multi-platform support
• Solid understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows & Mac OS) and Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
