Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Blue Prism development, Virtual Machines, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Blue Prism components and experience supporting, troubleshooting, enhancing, and deploying automation processes in a controlled enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support Blue Prism RPA processes.
• Work with Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, and Exception Handling.
• Set up and validate Blue Prism processes on Virtual Machines (VMs).
• Work with Active Directory and troubleshoot environment/access‑related issues.
• Investigate and resolve Blue Prism application and process issues.
• Support deployments, Release Management, Change Control, and production activities.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and onshore/offshore teams.
• Create and maintain support documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
• Participate in team meetings and support activities in a highly regulated environment.
• Analyze issues, prioritize workload, and provide effective technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Blue Prism development experience.
• 6+ years of overall IT development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• Blue Prism
• Process Studio
• Control Room
• Scheduling
• Process Enhancement
• Experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Release Management, Change Control, and Deployments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments.
