  • 4+ years developer experience of Blue Prism application
  • 6+ years of total IT development experience
  • Must have at least 2-4 years experience in BluePrism development projects
  • Must have experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory
  • Must have technical skills to investigate and resolve common issues related to BluePrism
  • Must have sound knowledge of Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Exception Handling, and Process Enhancement
  • Should have ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Should be aware of processes like Release Management, Change Control, Deployments etc
  • Should have excellent communication skills both written and oral, particularly in communicating complex, technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical teams Responsibilities
  • Setup new virtual machines and perform testing of processes on new virtual machines
  • Identify issues and provide fixes to those issues
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and other teams for dependencies
  • Coordinate project activities with onshore and offshore team
  • Expected to operate in a highly regulated, change control managed environment where attention to detail is critical
  • Expected to balance and prioritize workload and assist other team members as needed
  • Maintaining/creating support Knowledge Base including creation of support documentation
