BMO Personal Banking Advisor

Serve BMO customers at 1205 Ste-Catherine Street West through personalized financial advice, lending expertise, and needs-based assessments. Work across branch channels as market needs change.

As a Personal Banker, you will deliver retail banking sales and service while identifying tailored solutions. You will support everyday banking, investments, lending, home financing, and small business needs. Collaboration, risk awareness, and customer relationships shape the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects
• Complete needs assessments and recommend tailored financial solutions
• Generate appointments and build new community relationships
• Make personal lending credit recommendations within bank policies
• Apply risk and compliance processes to protect customer assets

Requirements:

• Typically two to three years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and lending products
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
