As a Personal Banking Associate, you identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions in their best interests. You collaborate with BMO partners, conduct needs-based conversations, and support branch business results. Your work includes personal banking advice, referrals, transactions, and customer experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guide them through branch lobby services
• Recommend digital and self-serve banking options
• Provide personal banking and investment advice
• Review profiles and identify everyday banking needs
• Complete customer transactions and operational activities

Requirements:

• Typically one to two years of relevant experience
• Consultative customer service or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and banking solutions
• Confident use of tablets, smartphones, and online tools
