BMO Personal Banking Advisor

Use needs-based assessments and financial guidance to serve BMO customers at 236 Front Street East. Help clients navigate banking, lending, and digital options.

As a Personal Banker in Retail Banking Sales & Service, you will recommend tailored solutions across everyday banking, investments, lending, and home financing. You will build relationships through branch and community outreach while supporting transactions and customer concerns. The position requires collaborative work with BMO partners and sound risk judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects
• Complete needs assessments and recommend tailored financial solutions
• Generate appointments and build community relationships
• Make personal lending and home financing credit recommendations
• Support transactions, escalations, and customer issue resolution

Requirements:

• Typically two to three years of relevant experience
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Knowledge of personal banking, investments, and lending products
• Consultative customer service or sales experience
