BMO Personal Banking Advisor

Serve BMO customers with personal banking advice, credit card guidance, and exceptional service at 11980 1lere Avenue. French and English are required.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will identify customer needs and recommend financial solutions in their best interests. You will collaborate with branch partners, support business results, and create personal customer experiences. The position includes digital banking guidance, transaction support, and needs-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guide them through branch services
• Recommend personal banking, investment, and credit card solutions
• Identify referrals for BMO partners and specialists
• Complete transactions and follow up on customer applications
• Apply risk, privacy, compliance, and asset protection processes

Requirements:

• Typically one to two years of relevant experience
• Consultative customer service or sales experience
• French and English fluency for client and team support
• Registration to sell investment products completed or progressing
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
