BMO Personal Banking Advisor

Deliver personalized financial advice at BMO as a Personal Banker, using needs assessments and digital banking guidance to support customers.

This Personal Banker role serves BMO customers and prospects through branch and other channels. You will recommend everyday banking, investments, lending, home financing, and small business solutions. The work combines consultative service, relationship development, credit recommendations, and risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions
• Build relationships through outreach, appointments, and community connections
• Guide customers toward digital and self serve banking options
• Make personal lending and home financing credit recommendations
• Resolve audit questions and maintain accurate lending information

Requirements:

• Typically two to three years of relevant experience
• Post secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Knowledge of personal and small business customer solutions
• Consultative customer service or sales experience
