BMO Personal Banking Representative

Serve BMO customers at 1225 McCowan Road through personal banking guidance, transactions, and needs-based conversations. Work across channels as market needs require.

As a Customer Service Representative in BMO’s Retail Banking Sales & Service family, you will support everyday banking and credit card needs. You will identify customer requirements, provide financial solution guidance, and collaborate with branch colleagues and BMO partners. The role welcomes candidates without prior experience, while post-secondary study or related certification is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and complete banking transactions and service requests
• Identify needs and refer customers to BMO colleagues
• Explain digital and self-serve banking options
• Review profiles and discuss everyday banking and credit cards
• Reconcile cash and support branch operational activities

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; related post-secondary study desirable
• Knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers
• Confidence using tablets, smartphones, social media, and online tools
• Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Readiness to collaborate across different team capacities
