- Lead day-to-day health and integrity of BMS/OT platforms across the portfolio
- Diagnose faults, optimise performance, and drive strategy improvements
- Manage lifecycle activities (upgrades, refreshes, migrations)
- Commission, test, tune, and validate control strategies and alarms
- Own engineering standards and quality for vendor-delivered works
- Maintain OT connectivity, documentation, and asset records
- Embed security and resilience controls (patch governance, access management)
- Support vulnerability management and resilience testing
- Enforce change control and governance for OT systems
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and IT/security stakeholders
- Provide reporting on system performance, risk issues, and delivery improvements
- Drive consistent OT engineering practices across sites
- Strong hands-on BMS/industrial controls engineering experience
- Experience diagnosing, commissioning, and optimising BMS in live environments
- Knowledge of OT protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LonWorks)
- Experience managing BMS/OT servers, databases, backups, and lifecycle
- Understanding of OT governance, documentation, and change control
- Ability to work in critical environments prioritising uptime and safety
- Strong troubleshooting discipline
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Vendor management and delivery leadership
- BMS/OT engineering for multi-site estates
- OT networking and integration (switches, segmentation, topology)
- Patch governance and secure configuration of OT assets
