Board Advisor - Corporate Carve-Outs

Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the remote Member of the Board of Advisors - Corporate Carve-Outs will provide strategic guidance on market opportunities, partnerships, and investment themes while committing approximately 2-4 hours per month to support Healthcare Shares' mission-driven platform. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy Participate in periodic board-related discussions and contribute thoughtful recommendations based on professional expertise Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, startup, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
