Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Full-cycle bookkeeping support including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and monthly statements
• Support for year-end audit preparation and government filings (GST, PST, Source Deductions, etc.)
• Assistance with inventory tracking and reporting
• Reception duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
• General administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, managing office supplies, and supporting other departments as needed
• Providing internal support for team members and assisting in coordinating office activities

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
• Experience with payroll processing is an asset
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working with multiple locations
• Customer-service oriented, organized, and detail-focused
• Experience in construction, building supply, or multi-location businesses is an asset
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
