• Record and categorize accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and financial records
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve them promptly
• Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
• Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
