Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, bill payments, and collections to ensure timely cash flow.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health, prepare reports, and support budgeting efforts.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule while complying with relevant regulations.
  • Organize and maintain all office administrative functions, including filing, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Assist with budgeting activities and financial forecasting to support strategic planning initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience managing office operations or administrative tasks is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting processes effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
