WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Day-to-day bookkeeping: Manage AR, AP, payroll, and bank reconciliations while keeping financial records in top shape.
• Month-end & year-end: Support close processes, reconcile accounts, and prepareaccuratereports clients can count on.
• Tax compliance: Help clients stay on top of HST, WSIB, EHT, and other filings.
• Client connection: Be a reliable point of contact — responding to emails, calls, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Payroll & reporting: Process payroll andassistwith payroll-related compliance.
• Process improvement: Spot opportunities to make our systems more efficient and put your ideas into action.

WhatWe’reLooking For

• A degree or diploma in accounting/business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (ideally in an accounting firm or tech-savvy company).
• Strong knowledge of cash & accrualbookkeepingand intercompany balances.
• Confidence with QuickBooks Online,Dext, payment processors such asPlooto,and Microsoft365(Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Resourceful and tech-savvy — you like finding smarter ways to do things.
