Overview
As a contract IT professional, you will lead BPM analysis, design, and implementation while shaping Process, Reporting and Analytics solutions. You work closely with clients, contributing across analysis, design, and training, and you support presales and support activities as needed. You will leverage your strong development background to deliver integrated, multi-system solutions. This role offers the chance to influence IT projects, share knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic team focused on continuous learning.
Responsibilities- Perform BPM analysis, requirements definition, design and development
- Architect Process, Reporting and Analytics solutions
- Carry out business analyst duties including requirements gathering, process design, and specs writing
- Assist with presales activities as required
- Support desk activities as required
- Contribute to the wider team
- Excellent business knowledge
- Optional consulting experience
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle
- VB development experience
- Deep experience with Microsoft Technologies
- Strong OO knowledge
- Strong skills in C# and ASP.Net
- Experience developing class libraries (dlls)
- Experience delivering integrated solutions interfacing with multiple applications and databases
- Ability to share knowledge with others
- Good understanding of business processes and IT trends
- Ability to escalate client concerns as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
