Branch Manager Financial Operations

Lead financial operations at the Timmins Branch through P and L accountability, budgeting, sales forecasting, and safe daily execution. This full-time permanent vacancy is immediate.

The Branch Manager supervises branch activities and ensures efficient, safe operations. Responsibilities span financial management, health and safety leadership, strategic planning, workforce planning, business development, client relations, supplier engagement, and process compliance. The position reports to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch P and L, budgets, and sales forecasts
• Review financial statements and define time-bound improvement actions
• Champion safety priorities and required personnel training
• Translate corporate strategy into local market plans
• Improve sales, margins, asset utilization, and market share

Requirements:

• Business administration or management diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
• Seven-plus years managing people and leading teams
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Business development and long-term client relationship success
• Windows, Excel, Word, and office equipment proficiency
