Role Description

The Broker manages sourcing opportunities, qualifying prospects, preparing listings, coordinating meetings, supporting valuations and due diligence, and facilitating negotiations and closings. This is a flexible, remote contract role requiring organization, communication, and self-management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills


• Sales, research, and analytical abilities


• Understanding of financial statements and business valuation


• Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools


• Brokerage, commercial real estate, financial services, or business ownership experience is an asset
