Aerospace Process Planner

Candidate Will

  • Plan, develop and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
  • Define and validate the tooling and test equipment necessary to assemble test modules and engines conforming to P&WC quality and engineering standards.
  • Maintain the Engine Center General instructions (ECGI). General instructions that guide assemblers on standard work.
  • Support CVIS and data plate machine (ROFFIN) programming.
  • Support the implementation and programming of TMS (torque measuring system).
  • Participates in PFMEAS and RPN determination.

Candidate Needs

  • 3yrs to 20+ years of experience in assembling and testing modules and engines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is preferred or Mechanical Engineering Technicians
