As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee financial consolidations, enhance internal controls, and lead treasury management activities. The successful candidate should have substantial experience in asset management or financial services, complemented by a robust knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP. This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate ambiguity and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Guide controllership team during financial closes • Manage day-to-day treasury operations for the credit platform • Prepare analyses and reporting materials for leadership • Facilitate coordination with auditors and compliance • Optimize Accounts Payable workflows and resolutions
Requirements: • Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred • 8-15+ years in treasury or controllership • Expertise in IFRS and U.S. GAAP • Strong critical thinking and stakeholder management • Experience establishing scalable financial processes
