Thorwin Properties seeks an Engineering Technologist for a full-time permanent position supporting more than 2,700 residential and commercial rental units. You will combine technical knowledge with hands-on problem-solving across a diverse property portfolio. The work includes maintenance coordination, inspections, documentation, and building infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and monitoring
• Review drawings, specifications, and renovation documentation
• Conduct inspections, assessments, and deficiency reporting
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology or related discipline
• Three-plus years in building maintenance or facilities management
• Understanding of building systems and construction practices
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Valid driver’s license and property travel availability
