In this senior role, you will lead complex business analysis for enterprise client operations, bridging stakeholders, data, technology, and execution. You’ll shape analysis strategies, translate requirements into actionable outcomes, and drive decision-ready insights. You will coach and develop the BA team and elevate the overall BA capability. The position emphasizes ownership of operational readiness, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver client-impacting changes. - Lead complex BA workstreams across high-impact readiness and client-impacting technical changes with cross-team alignment
- Define analysis and delivery approach for ambiguous initiatives, outlining data, requirements, processes, and reporting to enable successful outcomes
- Own requirements analysis for complex changes, converting insights into delivery actions and recommendations
- Coordinate data acquisition and validation, ensuring outputs are complete, controlled, and decision-ready
- Develop client tracking capabilities and reporting outputs to provide transparency on impact, readiness, progress and risk
- Document operational impact assessments, identify deliverables, and track tasks in JIRA
- Lead end-to-end operational process design with clear ownership and hand-offs
- Define and oversee the UAT approach for operational readiness, including test scripts and coordination with users
- Influence senior stakeholders with clear analysis options and recommendations
- Line-manage Business Analysts, balancing priorities and ensuring high-quality outputs
- Drive BA capability development by establishing standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement across tools and processes
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project delivery, operational readiness, and cross-functional change initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred
- Previous direct line management, coaching, or people leadership experience
- Business analysis certification (BCS CBAP or equivalent) preferred; PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum beneficial
