As Manager, Business Analysis, you will lead Business Analysts while partnering with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams. Establish methodologies, improve deliverable quality, and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives. The role supports requirements, roadmaps, governance, and organizational value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, mentor, and retain Business Analysts
• Allocate analyst resources across projects and initiatives
• Manage unplanned project and enhancement intake
• Establish Business Analysis standards, tools, and documentation
• Oversee requirements, process maps, and user stories

Requirements:

• Minimum five years as Business or Systems Analyst
• Post-secondary credential in Business Analysis or related discipline
• Retail, Distribution, or Inventory Management experience
• Business and technical requirements analysis experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization capabilities
