Business Analyst Agile Projects

Business Analyst specializing in requirements analysis and Agile delivery, translating stakeholder needs into practical technical solutions for projects.

This Business Analyst supports a well-established non-profit organization across application development and digitisation initiatives. The position connects internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams while defining goals and documenting functional specifications. Data analysis, process improvement, and project management support strategic business objectives and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and document business requirements
• Manage application and digitisation projects from inception through completion
• Produce BRDs, use cases, and project plans
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum
• Develop test plans and conduct deployment testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Four-plus years’ Business Analyst or similar experience
• Agile/Scrum, SQL, Power BI, and data analysis experience advantageous
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
